JB Jb test suggestions

I've wanted to try out what ct and for T's feels like in jb for the Work in progress server for GS, and here's what I thought should change.

-if a warden goes from ct to t still has the tag of commander
-commander should change to Warden
-the lineup for ct isn't implemented yet It seems
-able to do special days at all times for hide n seek, gravity free-day at the same time.
-when doing hide n seek u blinded the cts which is vulnerable to rebel T's when they want to fight back
-should add freeze time for cts to type and try to get Warden it starts once round loaded, and due to pop up about the rules.
-marker placement is a hassle to pull out of the !wmenu commands
- do not need cell management
-color divide players?
-should implement revoke freeday if the only thing for st is freeday at a specific area
-should move T's if has freeday to another cell than the rest

could edit later if find more stuff, but overall it's looking good
